The interest rate on mortgage loans stood at 3.74%, down 88 basis points year-on-year. In the third month of this year, the median value of housing, calculated for bank valuation purposes, rose by 16.9% year-on-year, due to increases of 17.7% in the apartment segment and 10.5% in the house segment.
