With decreases of more than 20%, Alto Tâmega e Barroso (-26.8%), Alentejo Central (-24.2%), Alentejo Litoral (-24%), Terras de Trás-os-Montes (-21.8%) and Tâmega e Sousa (-21.2%) stand out.
