The homes are expected to be delivered in June 2026, under an affordable rental model (for which tenders will be opened in due course by Gaiurb, in the same way as has been done previously).
It should be noted that the 1st Right is a government program that aims to support access to housing for people in precarious housing conditions and with financial difficulties. It focuses on people who live in substandard housing conditions and do not have the means to access adequate housing on the market. The program is managed by the Institute for Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU). Among the various measures it encompasses is affordable renting, a program in which landlords offer properties for rent at prices lower than those on the market, with financial support and other conditions.
