Real estate developers Krest Real Estate and Glowing Merit are developing the Haya Towers project in Vila Nova de Gaia, which they promise will be Portugal’s tallest residential towers. The development will be located at the Eng. Edgar Cardoso roundabout, in a strategic area of Vila Nova de Gaia, next to the new Rubi Line metro station.
Haya Towers (whose name combines the English word “high” with “Gaia”) will be Portugal’s tallest residential project, standing 107 meters high with 30- and 31-story towers, comprising 361 apartments ranging from studio (T0) to five-bedroom (T5) units, as well as lofts and penthouses, and an ecosystem of approximately 3,000 m² of amenities—including an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, two gyms, laundry facilities, and pet care, as well as the Haya Sky Club, located on the 30th floor, featuring co-working and lounge areas, a private event room, a gourmet balcony, and 24/7 concierge service.
The project represents an investment of 150 million euros and encompasses approximately 40,000 m² of construction area. It is being developed by the real estate developers Glowing and Krest, with architecture by the firm Broadway Malyan.
This project was unveiled in April, sales began this month, and construction is scheduled to begin early next year.
