The Valadares Villas residential development in Valadares, Vila Nova de Gaia, has now entered the final phase of construction. Consisting of ten three-bedroom homes, it represents a total investment of approximately seven million euros, resulting from the redevelopment and repositioning of a residential property that began about ten years ago. Completion is scheduled for the end of this year.
The homes, with gross floor areas ranging from 343 m² to 552 m², embody the concept of the premium residential segment, and asking prices range from €950,000 to €1,475,000. The project was redesigned by architect Sérgio Sousa.
The units in the development were designed with functionality in mind, featuring a private garden, a closed garage, a functional pantry, a home theater, a laundry room, and a barbecue area.
The interior layout is also designed to optimize space, featuring climate control systems, a heat pump for domestic hot water, thermal-break window frames with double-pane glass, mechanical ventilation, security doors, a garage with an automatic gate and pre-wiring for an alarm system, as well as high-quality materials and spacious interior areas.
GRC IM’s management stated: “This project reflects our investment strategy in well-located residential properties with high demand and appreciation potential, especially in coastal markets such as Vila Nova de Gaia.” Management added: “Our collaboration with M2O has been crucial to the realization of Valadares Villas. Their knowledge of the local market and their ability to execute construction work ensure the delivery of a final product that meets GRC IM’s quality standards.”
Ana Miranda, area manager for Predial Mar in Vila Nova de Gaia, stated: “The development stands out above all for its combination of location, privacy, spacious homes, and contemporary architectural style—something increasingly rare in the residential market in Vila Nova de Gaia.” She added that the project “aims to cater to a segment that values exclusivity, modernity, and well-being, positioning itself as a unique offering in the region’s residential market.”
