Pescaria, currently under construction, transforms a riverside building marked by the region's wine-making history into a luxury residential development, preserving the architectural identity and industrial character of the façade.
The project, designed by Pedro Mosca & Pedro Gonçalves Arquitectos, maintains references to the past while introducing a contemporary design, abundant natural light, and a strong relationship with the landscape over the Douro River and the city of Porto. With a total area of 2,022 m², Pescaria comprises 18 one-bedroom apartments and two commercial units.
The units range in size from 37 m² to 90 m², with prices between €295,380 and €726,500, and some of the units have already been sold or reserved. Twelve units are duplexes with south-facing terraces and the rest enjoy sweeping views of the river.
The renovation used solutions compatible with the original industrial style, from the choice of materials to structural improvements, ensuring the building's integration into Gaia's urban landscape. Remax Collection Vintage is responsible for marketing Pescaria.
