Quinta do Sardão's main target audience is families who prioritize safety, comfort, and living close to the city center and key services. Market acceptance “is exceeding our expectations, and six of the 12 units in the first phase of sales have already been reserved.” These two blocks will be completed in stages by the end of next year.
