Gaiurb took part in the 1st Funchal GIS Technical Days, at the invitation of the Municipality of Funchal, in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, where it presented the projects under development for the Gaia City Digital Twin and the supporting technologies.

Through its Housing and Social Impact Division, Gaiurb promoted another edition of Networks for Impact III, an event that brought together around half a hundred participants in a space for sharing, collaboration and strategic planning.

Gaiurb, E.M. offers a simulator that is a simple and intuitive tool for determining which procedure is applicable to the work to be carried out, guiding technicians and promoters, which translates into savings in time and resources, allowing for greater rigor and speed in the assessment of urban planning operations.

The new Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel opens on February 1st. The project is the result of an investment of 50 million euros by Sogevinus.
