The new Tivoli Kopke Porto Gaia Hotel opens on February 1st. The project is the result of an investment of 50 million euros by Sogevinus.

Portugal's third largest city and one of the 15 largest on the Iberian Peninsula is committed to strengthening its attractiveness, thanks to investment in mobility, but also in housing. Hotels lead the way, but industry and services are also growing.

Two researchers and lecturers from the University of Stuttgart, Germany, who are part of the Deliver sAfe and Social Housing (DASH) project, founded by the European Union with the aim of promoting more sustainable and safer housing, visited the housing models in Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto.
